I have met some wonderful people....

And made some awesome friends..sad as it may be..they are mostly far away friends. Oh, i have a couple that live around here, my mom,my sister and justine but i have, in the past few weeks been introduced to some wonderful people, participated in two swaps for cross stitch and have re-discovered my love for stitching. The support I have recieved with the comments and praise has been unbelievable. AND Im participating in a class to learn how to make a needle book. (thanks Meari) I have even made a friend in the UK who is so great=she is going to send me some of the goodies I miss and I get to get her some stash!! how cool is that? I get to go shopping! AND get some of my much loved yummies from over yonder!!!!(that is a southern thing) Ive been hanging out with "country" people too long i suppose. I have joined some cross stich groups and boards and even a "snail mail" group...I get REAL mail!!! *sigh* I guess its the little things in life huh? It has been a peaceful couple of days..My children have decided that since jens kids are at my moms, they want to be there with them..yay me!! boy the house sure has been quiet. Today is my anniversary--12 years wow,,I cant say they have all been good years but some have and things are better this year than they were last year. mom is keeping the kids tonight too and we are going to go to Pensacola alone. no kids. yay!!! I have to get up early tomorrow and get to moms so that she can go to her embroidery booth at the flea market and wait for my sister to pick up her babies..then we are going to the river for a picnic for Heathers softball team/awards banquet. gonna be a busy weekend..hope i can stitch! I am currently working on a biscorneu (no I cant spell it) and i want to finish it up this weekend..my very first one ever...
